2006 BMW 7 Series

For 2006, BMW made some slight but impressive additions to their 7-series lineup.

Starting with the introduction of the BMW 750 taking center-stage over the 745, the 2006 BMW 7 series this saw an increase in engine displacement as well as power. The new 2006 7-series lays down 367HP from its enlarged 4.8L V-8 engine, while the high-end 760Li still runs strong with its 438HP 6.0L V-12 monster engine.

Design changes took a role in the new 2006 BMW 7 series, including a newly restyled front and rear as well as cosmetic changes to the taillights and front grille.

Steptronic steps up to offer their 6-speed automatic transmission to help the 2006 BMW 7-series achieve a 0-60 in less than 6 seconds. BMW’s controversial iDrive system makes a return this year, proving BMW is ready and willing to drive innovation.
